How to do daily SEO monitoring upon 1000+ Website

Hi everybody,

I have a need right now,
I'm trying to find out how can I monitor 1 to 5K websites.
I'll need, on a daily basis, to have an overview over each website : trafic, ranking, backlinks...

Do you have any idea how I could do that ?
How can I automate the set-up, which tool could I use ?
