Your app cannot be published yet. Complete the steps listed on the Dashboard.

Hi, I am trying to publish an app but everything when I go Review release I am getting warning "Your app cannot be published yet. Complete the steps listed on the Dashboard. ". I cant understand what task remain. When I go to dashboard I dont see any task remain other than only testing task.

Do I must have to do test before publish?

My App is VPN related. Please help.


UPDATE: I have tried to complete testing, added email list, release but when I am going to Review release I am getting same "Your app cannot be published yet. Complete the steps listed on the Dashboard. " error.

What are the steps listed?

Thank you but I just ignored those warning and published, now my app is live
