No way, man...the google tool will give the you full spread of predictions/estimations based on the current information from the last crawl through.

Read that and you will learn how to set the different features in the keyword tool to really get what you need on the information.
I use that tool daily. Can't give you examples because I'd reveal my niches...don't want to do that, of course...heh.
