Reverse DNS isn't even the whole equation that's like a standard part of a server setup. Keywords and formatting are important. If you legitimately (opt-in) email VIAGRA, CIALIS BEST PRICES, no matter how good your setup is, you're going to end up in some spam boxes. You can also be black listed without even realizing it. You also need to create SPF records. Plus probably a million other things.

DNSStuff has a good tool called the DNSReport that will give you a pass/fail for a lot of your server configurations but it still won't guarantee your email will land in the inbox even if you pass every aspect.
well you will never get 100% of emails delivered to inboxes and the viagra sample shows, that the server is just a part of the equation. the thing is, aweber is not as good as they claim, they may have good contacts, but they land in spamboxes very often recently too, the importance of "luck" seems to play a major role in getting messages in front of clients recently - crazy but true (well I enjoy quite good deliver rates without using a third party and exposing my data to easy theft - so all is good )
