I thought it will follow people when I press the follow button but it's only filtering people first then it takes ages to start with following action.

I used jarvee before but bought instadub now because it's one time payment.

If the log says it is filtering then that means you have defined any sort of filter. You must clear the filters and create the action correctly.
AS rootjazz said there is a promo module for easy understanduing and use. Use that. Things will look easy.
