Last year was amazing for my IG site. I generated 30k followers in only 3 month. Almost all my post went viral.

This year I dont even have the same reach as the amount of followers I have. I always post at about 9pm Cet.

About 40% of my followers are from the US the other 60% are from all over the world.

Im not really sure what Im doing wrong this year or if the Instagram algorithm changed. Do you guys have any suggestions?

interesting that you had that kind of success. was the success due to using a difference niche or set of hashtags?

Something similar happens with my page. A lot of posts gone viral and gained 5-6k in month month.. now its suddenly kinda dead. Anybody an idea why?? maybe changing hashtags for a while?
 
Here is my 2cents:

You've accepted too much ads.
You've posted too much spammy post
You've posted with wrong and spammy hashtags
You have been ghosted or your reach has been decreased because of policy violations.

Solution:
Don't post for 1 month. Even try to deactivate your account for 1 months
Email insta and tell them the problem.
 
If you're posting around the same time, post a lot per day using the same hashtags Instagram was going to label you as spam sooner or later.

How many post are your sharing around that time?
Are you using the same hashtags?
 
You have to do hashtag research for your target audience.
Geo-Locational hashs for the country you want to target etc

Around that time I did 1post (max 2 posts) daily. 30 hashtags, 80% same hashtags and 20 individual depending on content
