Im looking for someone who I can outsource my High PR Link Building too & who is also willing to help me along the way as I gain experience on learning the best methods / tools to be able to fend for myself 
I do own a few BH Tools including Xrumer which has given great results so far, but im now looking on how to get the High PR links.
The applicant must be experienced with multiple types of promotion (Including the latest crazes e.g. Link Wheels)
The methods used can be Manual or Automated, in short as long as it works then its fine with me.
Requirements:
Links must be PR4 Minimum.
Any Method WH/GH/BH Method can be used.
Manual or Automated.
