I happened to try Vumber earlier in the day- no go.

Prepaid phone cards- yes

"most" VOIPS- banned

That guy who seems to have broken the ver. process, he's selling 10 verified accounts for $100.00

Once you verify an account, you don't have to verify that account again. You also can't use that phone number again.

I'm still digging about on the service category thing.
