How can we know if they posted in a random section if we don't ask?
How can we remember to scroll up and check the section if we forgot and already asked?
People make mistakes. It is obvious user just made a mistake and forgot to check. I am just explaining to you, that people are normal humans and don't always check.

Op was just suppose to have answered, just to cut d misunderstanding short, to enable good response to his post.
