Facebook Ads never took money from my PayPal! What is happen?

A couple of weeks ago I paid to promote a post, since then I've never received any confirm of payment by PayPal. The campaign is ended last monday, still nothing...am I missing some step?

I'm not sure about this, but I think you have to wait until the end of the month (January 31). Then you'll see the payment
 
You'll get billed once you've reached your budget or till the end of the month
 
Your account do not reach your billing threshold limit yet.
Wait until the end of month for facebook to charge your paypal accounts.
 
Check your billing threshold date (next bill) in your account settings. If it's not at the threshold amount yet, they will bill you on that date.
 
Did you reached your threshold limit? Because facebook bills everytime you reach threshold limit.
 
I received the bill at the end of the month.

yes, if you didnt reach to threshold, facebook charges bill at the end of the month. So either threshold first or month end, that is how facebook works.

I am glad that you finally got bill.
