Hello, i was running 10 accounts with follow -unfollow automation. And today one of them was closed. It was working for 15 day without problem.Sometimes temporary follow block and phone verification. But today, i got this warning.

I was making 900-1k f4f daily, and 40 repost on fitness niche.24/7 with proxy v6.

After i banned, i have bought 4x dedicated ipv4 and moved all my 9 accounts to ipv4 proxies. And i stop f4f, unfollow ,and repost between 12pm-7am. Is there anything more i can do for prevention?

F4f is very dangerous. And 40 repost is an obvious spam. I dont understand why sre you so amazed.
Or you did simple f/u?

900-1k follows per day is a little aggressive

What is average suggested number ?And should i buy aged accounts and change name, run them better?

Following / unfollow on the same day isn't a great idea. You're reposting way too much stuff, especially in one day. And you're following way too many users in one day. Your whole account screams "bot". Someone unfamiliar with automation would be able to recognize that it was an automated account. I would really suggest dialing back your settings alot, and also start finding some content on your own. You don't have to go take pictures yourself, but just reposting content every day, especially at that rate is a horrible idea. Good luck.

hello, how can i balance follow / unfollow times?i mean, if i follow 700 a day, in 6 day it will be 4200 follow, and when i stop follow, and run unfollow in 7.th day.It will not unfollow 4200 people on same day.

Set your software to automatically unfollow people after x amount a days if they've followed you, and y amount of days if they haven't followed you. That way you're not just following a bunch of people and unfollowing them right away. That technique is outdated, looks to spammy. Don't feel like you have to follow a million accounts a day, if you plan to keep your accounts for months/years. If youre going for churn and burn, then by all means, follow those large amounts .. but if you have any longevity in mind, follow reasonable amounts each day, not everyday. A normal user doesn't follow 700-1k people a day, so you're essentially letting it be known youre a botted account. Think marathon, not sprint.

your settings are very aggressive for a new account.

in the first 1-3 months, you have to be really slow with new accounts as it is on a banning spree.

Also, try to get good quality accounts. Keep a check on the other accounts bought from the same source they may also face a ban if they are of poor quality.
