So, thats the way we did it then. But, isn't anyone still using offshore servers? I had a cisco guy with some heavy ip address routing.

Everyone was making a killing. Aside from that, other mailers had their own techniques and own lists, servers and soft. They generate and got paid handsomely. If I said $15k a week ...that would be modest.
